Product info and preparation

1. Are the products machine made?
No, our products are handmade and prepared from raw ingredients, as per our Company Name promises. 

2. Are the products available in steamed or frozen form?
Steamed products are available from our stall at Blk 127 Toa Payoh Lor 1 #02-02 S310127. For delivery, the products are in frozen form. Frozen form will allow you to keep it for a longer period while still retaining its freshness.

3. How soon should the products be consumed?
Products that are purchased steamed have to be consumed within 2 days from Date of Purchase. Products that are purchased frozen can be kept for 2 weeks from Date of Purchase. 

4. What type of packaging is used?
Our products are packed nicely in Environmental Friendly food-grade paper boxes.

5. Do the frozen products need to be thawed before steaming?
You need not thaw the products before steaming. Please follow the steaming instructions.

Steaming Instructions

1. For Frozen products, put it into the steamer when the water boils for the duration stated:
1) Char Siew Pau – 5 Mins
2) Kong Bak Pau – 5 Mins
3) Small Pork Pau – 5 Mins
4) Big Pork Pau / Big Chicken Pau – 9 Mins
5) Lotus Pau / Longevity Pau – 9 Mins
6) Red Bean Pau – 9 Mins
7) Boy Girl Pau – 12 Mins
8) Char Siew Rice i.e. Fan Choy – 12 Mins
9) Glutinous Rice i.e. Lor Mai Kai – 12 Mins
10) Siew Mai – 14 Mins

2. For steamed products, if you want to warm it up, put it into the steamer when the water boils for the duration stated:
1) Char Siew Pau – 3 Mins
2) Kong Bak Pau – 3 Mins
3) Small Pork Pau – 3 Mins
4) Big Pork Pau / Big Chicken Pau – 7 Mins
5) Lotus Pau / Longevity Pau – 7 Mins
6) Red Bean Pau – 7 Mins
7) Boy Girl Pau – 10 Mins
8) Char Siew Rice i.e. Fan Choy – 10 Mins
9) Glutinous Rice i.e. Lor Mai Kai – 10 Mins

Delivery

1. Are the products available in steamed or frozen form for delivery?
We only deliver frozen products.

2. Is Island-wide delivery available?
Yes, we do Island-wide delivery from our Central Kitchen located at 8A Admiralty Street, [email protected], #06-29, Singapore 757437. Minimum order is $20 and delivery charges (per location) apply as follows:

Within 15km – $5
More than 15km – $10
Orders above $50, delivery fee will be $5

Above $100, Free Delivery!

3. Able to provide Consolidation of orders?
Yes, we do. Please contact us at WhatsApp to 98235541 so that we can provide you a template for ease of ordering.
We will pack the orders according to your requirement separately for each Customer. 

4. How soon do I need to place my order?
Please order 1 day in advance.
